Sadly Paul McQuire passed away last week. Paul was manager of Standish F.C. in the Wigan Sunday League throughout the 80's and most of the 90's.
Paul was a great character and had a proud record as manager - Division 3 winners, Division 2 winners, Division 1 winners 3 times, Challenge Cup winners 3 times and Hurst Trophy winners 4 times.
