Thank you Trevor. Although saddened by "Des's" death I really "enjoyed" this synopsis of his career and life. Wigan can be proud of him. He was 10 months my senior, and the description given of his personality never wavered from the impression I gained while we were at school. Mr Consistency, in a great way, in my opinion.

So sad to read this. Mr Seabrook was my Geography teacher at Upholland High School when I was there between 1980-1985. I never knew all of this about him. What a legend. Condolences to his family
