Wigan Football Club Limited Proxy Form for shareholders meeting on Tuesday 13th April, 1937. I am unsure whether this relates to soccer or rugby but I am quite sure there is someone out there who will know!

The sign at Central Park stated Wigan Football Club so I would plump for this being the Rugby club.

I think that Tom Brown was a director of Wigan Rugby League Club, and also the landlord of the Park Hotel.

Chris, It's the rugby club. "Wigan Football Club" was the official name of the company until relatively recently.
