It was never cheap at Wigan, that's why I never went. There was something wrong about the place. I much preferred the home spun atmosphere of Springfield Park, and they played a 'proper' game there. Plus, they had the legendary Harry Lyon. But, despite these two 'home' sporting clubs, I chose the Gold and Black of Wolverhampton Wanderers...And I have never, ever, regretted it.
