if they had not droped my dad for barton who had been doing national service they would have won at wembley this is what i think if any body has a better suggestional
Frank Barton is my dad.And as he held the record for the most appearances at Wembley at that time. It seemed a good idea to play him.

my father -in-law in the pic held the record tries for a hooker untill ellery Hanley broke it.
