I presume that's Roy kinnear's Father and Rory Kinnear's Grandfather at No 4 in the centres ?

Are you sure? Frank Stephens was my dad's uncle or cousin. I think he lived in Blackrod when I was little. Say 1955/56 ish. My grandad Jim Stephens was a director of WRLFC. I think it was a proxy seat held by The Royal London Assurance who he worked for.

Funny arrangement for the forwards - I know that it is in number order but I would expect to see the front row at the front.
