Hindley Park Road AFC, 1944/5. They used to play on a field behind the Bridgewater Arms, Liverpool Rd, which was owned by the landlord of the pub.

The goalie is my uncle Jack Fillingham.

My father Syd Dootson is left of goalie on back row.Front centre with cup is Peter Edwardson on his right is Bill Rotherham. Boy with ballin front is Graham Ford.
