Just noticed the waist on the trousers, of the man in the light suit...I wonder if the fashion will come back?

The man in "the light suit" was the kit man, I never knew his name but the name Webster is a possibility. We would inter pass the ball when I, as a 6 year old, was privileged enough to visit the changing room before a match, (my father was playing) nobody else took any notice thank goodness, I suppose they were all concentrating on the game ahead. He was a nice man another memory was how much dubbing was on the ball and of course the aroma of wintergreen. It was the 1947-48 season.
The gentleman in the "light suit" is I believe the baggage man at Central Park in those days, Bert Barnes.
