What can I say.. A very rare photograph of one of Wigan's ALL TIME GREATS from the turn of the 20th century.

Amazingly Joe Miller, although not Welsh, actually turned out for them against New Zealand in 1918, it was during WW1 (when he was serving in the Welsh Regiment in France) and so rules were more relaxed. Joe was regarded by some as the best winger in the game at one time, and he formed part of the very famous Wigan back line of Leytham, Jenkins, Todd and Miller - part of the game's folklore - but with good reason.
