Wigan Album

This photo was taken around the 1920`s and assume it was taken at Alexandra Park`s Bowling Green, Victoria St, Newtown as my late grandad Joe Barnes (seated left)lived in Newtown. His brother Ernie was also a keen bowler and he may be on this photo too, possibly standing 2nd from the left. I would assume they are displaying the winners cup although their expressions are quite serious!
