I can remember stubshaw cross labour club playing on there games on stubshie playing fields, later on going down to Edge green street

The football field was somewhere at the back of the old co-op.Then on stubshaw cross rec.they used to put bath tub down for collections as they could not take gate money as it belong to Ashton Council then moved to Edge Green St were Ashton Town play now.
