I think this team is from the ROF Chorley, looks like Bill Grundy front right who left the ROF and went to work at Heinz,and behind him Ned Newton, I recollect a Jack Rourke think he was an electrician. Maybe he had Matchless motorbike?

Correction! The name is Bill Hudson, not Grundy; Bill I believe lives somewhere around Swinley.
Definitely ROF and suspect this is an interdepartmental team from the maintenance section.
These chaps would now be in their mid to late 70's
