Wigan Album

The great Brian Nordgren who on the basis of tries scored per match is still Wigan's third best try scorer. My wife and I had the privilege of meeting Brian in 2008 at his home in Hamilton, New Zealand, to pass on my father's best wishes to him (they had played in the same Wigan team in the 1940's). Brian was still working as a criminal lawyer, he came across as a true gentleman during the few hours we spent with him, sadly he died a few months later.
