First Football League Match at Springfield Park

I'm being picky here Tom but it wasn't the first Football League match at Springfield Park.
That took place on 3 September 1921 when Wigan Borough got a 1-4 good hiding off Nelson before a crowd of 9000.
You probably meant it was Latics first Football League match at Springfield Park when they also got a 0-3 good hiding off Grimsby before 9227 punters.
Similar crowd and both beaten by 3 goals!
