I'm guessing this was taken on Blackpools Central Pier as the sign on the building in the background would seem to indicate "Tussauds", the waxworks.
The photo shows my Dad, Jack, on the left, my Mum, Winifred (nee France) and their friends Madge and Eric Worthington. Probably taken around 1949/1950 on a day out.
