Another photo, this time of my mum and Dad Derek & Jean on the left, plus on the right my dad's brother Billy and wife Mary, and the Austin Cambridge A55 or A60.

Derek. It seems to be the same location as the one where your grandfather had his taken. Probably the same occasion. (other photographs of the Finch family.)

Any relation to the Finch family that lived in St Paul's ave ?
John, I have no direct relatives living in a street called St Paul's, whereabouts in Wigan is it?

As Roy says, it's in Goose Green, or as some call it, Worsley Mesnes. The Finch family had a daughter about my age (I'm 64 now)her name was Susan.
John, there is no Susan Finch in our family and I do not think the Finch family in Goose Green/Worsley Mesnes are related.
