I think this is William Ashworth Breakell and Tom (Thomas)Hawkins would love to know what the regalia is. Tried to find when the photographers were in existance but haven't been lucky there

Friend of mine says that could be from the Rechabites or perhaps Good Templars, or maybe the Good Shepherds Order. All those orders were tea total organisations.

Could be the SONS OF TEMPERANCE friendly society, does the fellow on the right have the letters FS on the regalia? I've tried enlarging the photo and it does look like FS?
