my brother Tony Bate was Pc with Harold and if i am not mistaken he bought my house in Howden Drive when we moved to London
Yes I worked with Harold Moss at Wigan and Pemberton I also had the pleasure of starting my career in the Wigan Borough Police Force working alongside Tony Bates who was at that time living in Beech Hill now in Ashton as I understand
Fond memories especially of Tony Bates and family
