The photograph is from May 1974 and shows Tom Parkinson presenting awards to scoutmaster,John Grimshaw (Wood badge )and the Queens scout award to venture scout Ted Webb.
The scouts in the centre ,receiving their Cheif scouts awards, are from left-right Chris Heaton,Mark Grimshaw,Darryl Makinson,Julian McEntegert,Derek Pearce and Ross Hodge
Corrected surname Eaton. Still hot my badges! Had a wonderful time in scouts, experiences and trading came in handy later in life as a geologist and Reserve senior officer in Royal Engineers.
