Whereabouts in Wigan did Molly and Jane live, Mary?

Comment by: mary williams on 9th July 2013 at 21:54

Ince we think. Molly was married to a billy Robinson who we were told owned Robinson coaches. Jane had a severe mental illness due to her domestic situation so spent a few times in winwick hospital. She had 2 sons and 2 daughters.

Thankyou, Mary. I am from Ince and though I don't recognise the ladies, something made me ask where they were from. I almost knew you were going to say Ince. How odd!

Molly Robinson real name was Mary Robinson. She was my Grandmother who married my Grandfather. Her maiden name was Rigby.she was from the Michael Murphy tree catholic. My Grandfather was from the Henry Robinson tree church of England. Their sons Bill Robinson who played for Leigh, Lancashire, Great Britain and paramatta in Sidney Australia and John Robinson who wrote in the national papers Robert Maxwell company. Completed a 50 year service for Rugby league, originally named a Queen Victoria build up. It was a favour for the Royal family and the Robert Maxwell company was in contact with my uncle. When my uncle worked for the Robert Maxwell company. My Grandad Robinson played for Wigan High field A team and Leyland. Both my grandparents lived all over Wigan, especially Scholes and Whelley. They ended up 2, Dickson Cressant off standish Gate, near Wigan lane. My Grandad Robinson started off the Robinson coaches which was Orrell street in Wigan. He past it to my father Bill Robinson. Before the business Robinson coaches moved from Orrell street Wigan to Hindley. The Queen Victoria build up which was Queen Elizabeth II because my family tree was friendly to the lord Crawford of Haigh Hall Wigan. As long distance cousin to Haigh Hall Wigan. Also my Great, Great grandfather and Great Grandfather visited the lord Crawford of Haigh Hall Wigan. As went joint brewery with lord of Haigh Hall Wigan. Called the Henry Robinson and company brewery. It was Great, Great grandfather who named it after his father Henry Robinson. Henry Robinson my Great, Great, Great grandfather came from Standish. His son John Robinson moved from Standish to Wigan lane friendly to the lord Crawford of Haigh Hall Wigan. My family tree dates back 1841.

What are the Royal connections out the Henry Robinson tree Church of England. My Grandfather visited Haigh Hall when sir David Lindsey married into down south Royal connection. Daughter of Sir Henry Pelly 3rd Baronet. I notice some similar DNA in my family with Lindsey. My Grandmothers maiden name was Rigby. My daughter Charlotte Robinson is lady of Duncan's castle in Scotland. My nephew is born with his fathers side having Royal connections down south.

I have a Micheal Murphy come from Ireland from the Murphy Royal clan, his daughter Marry Murphy married John Thomas Rigby. That's two Royal connections in the Henry Robinson tree, plus sharing large amounts of cousins with Haigh Hall Wigan. I have copies on my Facebook

I have five Coat of arms in my Henry Robinson and Micheal Murphy, they are Grandparent, 1st Great Grandparents, 2nd Great Grandparents on both sides of the family , some would of be married into Haigh Hall family tree Rigby, Ashton, Cartwright, Murphy, Robinson. Your DNA goes up to your 10th Great Grandparents. I have mixture of DNA of coat of arms, when they past down with lord Crawford's it's always the oldest in the family. My family tree has been second, third , four ect of any of them could quite easily been first cousin to any of my 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th , 10th Great Grandparents in any of the Rigby, Cartwright, Ashton, Murphy. Which make 100% DNA in cousins or second, third, four. Tell truth when a family tree joins Haigh Hall it's 50% Rigby + 50% Royal connection. With change over of Bradshaigh Haigh to Lindsey. That was third cousin look at the statics on the internet for third cousins marrying the Rigby. From 22nd earl to 29 th earl they married into 5 Royal connections. 27th earl married 3rd Baronet Essex near to Queen Elizabeth II. One persons DNA goes from parents to 10th Great Grandparents on both sides of family

With a Ashton & Rigby DNA sits under Sir Roger Bradshaigh ancestor & Sir Rigby Alexander ancestor. They are shared Royal ancestors to the Royal family. Lord Crawford's are long distance cousins under Sir Roger Bradshaigh Baronets ancestor. You cannot be DNA to all lord Crawford’s. You either connect at the top or the bottom to find your Royal ancestor. It makes Queen Elizabeth II 19th on the throne. Since her throne tree joined Haigh Hall Wigan. After lady Mabel story, Bradshaigh nephew marries Elizabeth Stewart. King Robert II daughter. Queen Elizabeth II connects up to sir Roger Bradshaigh Baronets tree because Sir Roger Bradshaigh Baronet joins a Ashton & Middleton tree. I am Royal cousin with a shared old Royal ancestor.
