This should be under St Barnabas church, Marsh Green. I think I see David Button, Keith Button, Phillip Ashcroft, Stephen Ashcroft, David Laithwaite and Jimmy Sharp. Pity about the poor quality.
I see David Marsden, John Eastham, Glennis Button.
Unfortunatly David Marsden died November 2010 :(
Sorry to hear about David. R.I.P. He can only have been about 60.

I can make out Billy Harrison next to David Buttons and above him to the left is that Phillip Shaw.
The lad on the back row third from the left looks like ?? Fairclough, I can't remember his first name (Dave?) the family lived on Hector Road and emigrated to Australia in the mid sixties so the photo must be a lot earlier.
Remembered his name it was George Fairclough.
Sadly our jims brother david passed away today in Wigan hospice
