My Uncle Thomas Banks is here, but can anyone place the other men, taken around 60's up Castle Hill way

That's never Hindley, with the style of the building looks more like somewhere in Europe, Paris, Brussels.

Taken around 60's up Castle Hill way? You don't mean taken in Hindley, ray? This looks like a big town like Manchester or similar. Apologies if I'm wrong.

That looks very much like the Wellington Memorial Arch in London, near Buckingham Palace.

This is Hyde Park, that is the base of the Wellington statue behind the group, would it be a Wembley trip?

faces but I only remember one name, last person on the right
is Andrew Lowe he lived in the street at the side of the
Royal D.C.

Guess.... Hyde Park Corner, bottom of Park Lane running off to the left, behind them. Could have been a 1950's Wembley Trip

The man in the middle is my uncle Cliff Mason. He lived facing the cemetery at what was no 234 until they built the houses on the spare. I recognise the man to his left but can't remember his name.
