Taken probably in the mid 40s Ronnie and his brother Norman) were friends of my dad and mum's, Alan Hankin and Doreen (nee Critchley), Lillian Matthews (nee Melling), Jimmy Carter, Ronnie White, Brenda Bullough (nee Simms), Jean Horrocks (nee Halliwell), Linda Deacon and a few more from the Scholes area. Does anyone know if the brothers are still alive? The photo was hand coloured when taken but I don't know who by.
This is my Dad! He is now 91 years old and still as sprightly and handsome as ever. My 24 year old son is the spitting image of him. Fantastic to see.
