Grandad Thomas Holland third from left, but who are the other gentlemen and what is the pub. Grandad Tommy was born in 1903.

Possibly the Crofters in Market St, but a lot of Walker's pubs had a tiled exterior like this.

Any idea why a group of men would be stood outside Crofters having their photo took?

The man on the far right, front row was my uncle, John Rushton of Baldwin St.Scholes.
Thanks for that Sandra, my grandad looks quite young in the photo, not sure how old he is though. I do know that when he got married in 1926 he was living at St Anne's Square
