That doesn't look like Abram Park to me. It seems to back onto some brick built Houses and there are none in that area. I presume from the description it is the Abram Park at the top of Lee Lane. There are only about 4 Brick Houses that would back onto the Park and the Stubbins would be in between them and the Park. Aplogies if I am wrong.
