this is only the second picture that i have ever seen of my granddad and the first ever of my step gran who was abit of a dragon im led to believe.many a time my mam had to call and pick up his twist tobacco from a little shop outside scholes picture house so that he could have a quiet smoke at our house.he was a gentle quiet proud welsh man and i inherited his flag of wales,but alas as the last time i saw this was on a snow man i built and looked great blowing in the wind but the next day it had gone along with the snowmans head

Good grief I have just been shown this photo by my dad Roy Thompson of my great grandad and his second wife, he looks like a gentle soul.
