Uncle Ernie lived at Mint Cottage, Mint Court Scholes then for a time in Molyneux St before moving to Gidlow Lane. For a time he worked with my Granddad and had a shop in Scholes. I rememeber he brought me quite a large toy tank from West Germany whilst serving there with the army.
