This is a publicity photograph of Jack (John) Rigby (Left) and partner (Right - name not known) of the Music Hall act "Rigby and Royal." Jack Rigby of Pemberton was the brother of Robert Rigby and uncle of my father Arthur Rigby. This photograph was probably taken between 1921 (no earlier) and 1926, by a professional photographer at Spring Bank.
