Wife of Richard Roughley. Born Douglas St Newtown in 1906. Photo taken 1929 age 23. Her family had an ice cream business which was delivered by horse and cart. Her family had horses which were hired out to Rag Bone men (fore runner of van hire business). Her family also had a gorgeous big black stallion called Felix who would pull a hearse at funerals. Douglas St was on the site of what is now ASDA.
