These two gentlemen lived a No.1 Scholefield Lane, facing Sherrington's Hardware Store. The one on the left George and the other Joseph. No idea how old they were on this photo. Does anyone remember them?

I remember in the late sixties a man who would always be sat on his step watching the world go by in that location, he also had a walrus moustache but it was white then and stained brown under his nose with nicotine, could well have been the same man who is in the photo.

Joseph always had a moustache and smoked a pipe, so could well be. He died in 1974 aged 94 years.
