Hello,Helen.I lived in Holland Moor at the time, we have ''Talked'before. I find your face very familiar, but couldn't say I definitely know you to have spoken. We lived on Nixon's lane. I left the area for Leeds in 1957,after my Upper Sixth year at UGS.

Ellen, where is Nixons Lane ?
Perhaps you knew my sister Anne, 4yrs older than me, she was at Upholland Grammar School till we moved to the SE of England. I went to Ormskirk Secondary...not the bright one of the family ! We were at 235 Ormskirk Rd for about 8yrs.

Helen, Nixons Lane is about a quarter mile towards Skelmersdale from the school we both went to. It forms a triangle with Martins Lane and Ormskirk Road where the Labour Club was (or still is)
