My great great grandfather also came to Wigan from that part of Wales he had a daughter my great grandmother Mary Jane born circa 1871 who married Daniel Astley Calderbank in 1893, they had three children Arthur, Glynda and another daughter. Arthur was my granddad. If you read this and could send me any information would be great full. My great great grandfather was a greengrocer in Clayton Street.

Hi,Thomas was also my grt/grt grandfather,my grt grandfather was his son Thomas Edmund,i have just started to put together my family tree and looking for any snippets of information I can get.It appears that all the brothers who came to wigan from llandyssil where greengrocers some more prosperous than others.I would be very grateful if you have any information.
