Is it Tom Hughes seated second left?

I don't know who anyone is on the photo. I found it when cleaning out my mothers house.

I was there. This photo was taken at Nansens Cafe at Rufford. Thats me 6th from the right, front row with my hand round my knees. I can name many of the people like Fred Green & wife, Percy Wellings & wife Jimmy & Kitty Ashcroft(my mum & Dad) Mann Atherton & wife with Evelyn & Alan Ted, Leyland & Dorothy Mr. Ratcliffe and that is Tom Hughes.

My brother-in-law Bob Harrison used to ride with Wigan wheelers in the fifties does anyone remember him?

There are three Tom Hughes on this photo - Owd Tom, his son and grandson.

I can confirm my Grandparents Percy and Mona Wellings are bottom right in the photo

Owd Tom was my great great grandfather
