s good view of the nuns convent it used to scare me walking past it

I used to live in Dr Mattison's house which was attached to the Convent. As a little girl my Mum took me to the house and the huge black door scared me. My Mum remembers as a little one being taken into the Convent for her lunch, it was a huge scary building.
