Iremember sliding down the junction rucks on pieces of pit belting.At the bottom was a brook full of ochre water. if you wasn't quick jumping off you went home orange coloured.
thats in Brian's back garden.you should have discarded the swords and used a bass E string as a garrote .good photo though

It's taken from May Avenue.
Think ive got my bearings now phil is it looking north toward the now top of simpkin st? If so those ruck;s would have been behind my mothers house on simpkin st.
sadly brian passed away in april this year,he was a good friend drank in the dover lock..
