why did they ruin the atmosphere and the beauty of the small individual stalls .....shame on you wigan council
So true, Carole, my sentiments exactly. I worked in the market hall as a lad at McAvoys butchers. If you want to do something to help prevent this type of thing from happening again..join the Save Wigan campaign. Best ten quid you can spend.
