Altar, or Holy Table, and reredos(rear screen) in the Sanctuary (area behind the altar rail) of the church. 'Chancel' is now usually used to describe the area East of the nave - containing the Choir and Sanctuary.

Yes Apologies, I stand corrected. You are right they are called the Holy table and Reredos. I was thinking of the whole centre piece of the church called the chancel.
