Must be from the late 1980s onwards Ron, as Phase 1 at the Infirmary is built where the Lancaster and Crawford wards where, and comparing to Chris Heaven's photos of 2003/04 you can see in the background that Phase 2 and 3 had been built and with Phase 4 the maternity and A&E being under construction. https://www.wiganworld.co.uk/album/photo.php?opt=5&id=32801&gallery=Royal+Albert+Edward+Infirmary&page=2
