Dougie: The Rector is a very young Mr Hall, so time line may be 1947/50.

Looks like it could be something to do with Queen Victoria maybe her silver jubilee 1897 the rector looks very young, someone may see the photo as it as something to do with Rule Britannia going off the left-hand side of the photo

Queen Victoria's diamond jubilee was in 1897, she came to the throne in 1837!! This photo looks like the 1950s to me.

nice pic dougie, i wasn't around when this was taken but i know the site very well, the building erected after this was a second home for me in 70s and 80s and served on comittee for a number of years, sadly that has gone now.

Mary, I think your right maybe something to do with field treat the club put on for us children at the queens Coronation remember us having one, but not the photo someone should remember being on the photo
