Early morning in Shevington after the overnight snowfall on Thursday 28th of December 2001.
I wished I could have cloned the cage out but it was put there to thwart vandals.

Lovely, Frank!

I remember somebody put up a billboard, saying free the Shevington One.

I think Shevy should have a living tree with a nice wrought iron fence around it just like they now have Standish

It's a sad state of affairs when a Christmas tree needs to be protected from mindless idiots.

This scene is very picturesque and shows that Shevington still has that village feel to it that has sadly gone in nearby Standish.

Thwarting vandals in Shevington is now a continual battle for residents and police.

Shame about the fence Frank. It would have made a great Christmas photo.
Like everyone else, I was young once myself but I never felt the need to commit mindless vandalism.
Maybe some Photoshop friendly person out there will take up the challenge and remove the fence for you, Frank.

This photo with the fence would be brilliant in an exhiibition demonstrating a sign of the times
