Share Certificate issued to George Daglish, son of Robert Daglish.
Wigan Public Hall was built 1853 and housed the Mechanics Institute, the forerunner to Wigan Mining & Technical College.
The Hall held several historic and popular events during the Victorian period.
In 1905 was sold to Richard Rennick and became The Wigan Examiner offices.
The building was demolished in the 1970's
