The exhibition I 'curated' for St Wilfrid's celebrations to mark the Queen's 90th Birthday.
The top line of each board covers 15 years of her life, providing a time-line for events in Standish and St Wilfrid's over the six display boards.
Appeals for material from parishioners failed to produce enough images spread evenly over the decades - so I had to raid the Standish section of this Album to fill the gaps.
This is my Thank-You to those whose images I used - with the hope that they'll forgive me for not acknowledging them due to the haste in which I ended up having to mount the pics.

That's a lot of work! I hope the photo-less parishioners show up to see the show.

Well done David, very interesting so i am told, i shall be taking a look myself, for the benefit of others who want to view, how long is your exhibition open for and at what times can it be seen ?
Yes, Robin - they've shown a great deal of interest over the weekend - as have other visitors. Some did say things like 'I've got pictures of this and that... but didn't think you'd want them...'.
The exhibitions will now be on show for the rest of the week. Then I'm doing one to go with the various events in church planned to mark the Somme Centenary- on view from the end of the month... provided I get the material.
