Very lucky to have a group photograph of all your family together especially if you are into family history! It's a good idea to write all the names on the back of the photo if not already done so. It's a very good,clear picture.

How right you are Vb regarding naming people on photographs, i am well into my family tree and have quite a few family photos from way back and haven't a clue who they are, i can have a good guess, but that proves nothing. A smashing photo is this one, great to see a family gathered together and recorded on film.

I know what you mean Roy -I have my grandmother's old tin with quite a few unnamed people on the photos-even so some of the'ghosts ' from the past do look a little bit familiar. Mind you that may be because I am always looking at them! Must get someone to scan some then I can put them on here!

Well anne another great memory for you a lovely family gathering and for me the bears paw pub we had many weddings in the upstairs room there in t he late 50s and 60s great memories xxx

Hi Anne, I didnt know you'd uploaded this picture back in 2016 - I inherited a copy of the same picture via my aunty Nellie and uploaded exactly the same pic earlier this year. I would love to have a chat with you about everyone in the photo to try to find out how they are related to me. Just for interest, my she is my great grandma too (my grandma Sarah is standing in the row behind on her right shoulder, and my dad Joe is 2 rows back immediately behind the star.

Hi David only just seen your message today, have you seen all the other photos of great grandma and grandad Halliwell I have put on here if you put my name in (Anne Melling) all the photos will come up, if I can't answer your questions my Aunty Joyce will be able to she is nearly 89 now but I know she remembers your grandma. This is first time I have been on this site for ages.

By the way I am 3rd child in on front row I can name most of people on here it is one of my favourite photos

Sadly Ive had no words from the WW guys, I asked them to contact you but they didnt get back to me.
Did they give you my email? I havent recieved anything.
I have seen all of the photos you uploded (I think) and it was amazing to see my great grandparents. I never thought I'd find any photos of any great grandparents and then a google search and I found loads on WW thanks to you.
I would still like to chat via email though.

Hi Dave, no I haven't had any communication from W. W I have been waiting for an e mail from you but thought you had changed your mind, I am reluctant to put my e mail on open view but if they contact me I am quite willing to give them consent to pass it on to you. Regards Anne

Hi Anne, Like you I dont want to put my email on an open forum like this. What I shall do is create a temporary email and post it here. If you contanct this temp email I will contact you and send you my real email and then delete the temporary one. Sorry this is convoluted, but I guess we are both trying to protect our anonymity.
