As stated in the recent photo of Reg Sutton's Gents Outfitters at the top of Greenough St here is the newspaper article. At this time of course at the height of the swinging sixties the fashion was for narrow bottoms and Cuban heeled boots with chisel or pointed toes. A little later flared bottoms became fashionable. All these trends left our parents somewhat aghast and the older local men still wanted their wide bottoms.
