There are four Trombone players on the front row although one is just out of shot you can just see the trombone slide this is Roy Crompton then Roy Williams next my brother Albert age 14 and bass Trombone Bob Knowles the Band leader seems to be going the wrong way but they are all passing Evans County Primary School on Wigan Road

Albert was born in 1938 so the year will be 1952

Very nostalgic, I started at Evans County Primary in 1954
