Nearly all of us wore brown leather sandals like those, way back in the mists of time !
I even have pics of my own children wearing similar ones made by Clarks but by then you had a choice....brown or red & they didn't X-ray your feet anymore !

I've scratched my head and I still dont know who Gerry or the lady is...sorry.

I remember Mrs Mason as a nice lady who always complimented us on our walking day outfits, but did not like us climbimg on her shed (not in the walking day outfits)
