This was took late eighties the dancers came every year, god knows where they come from,templeton new road was under construction from the old tramlines,see my old capri in the foreground.

The Morris Dancers are from Abram. The Abram Morris Dance is perfomed on either the first or last Saturday in June, (not sure which). It is first performed at the Morris Dancers Ground in Abram, then the dancers travel around performing the dance at designated spots.
