Eddie Richards came from Warrington. He was related to a family in my Parish there. About 20 years ago I commissioned him to a a set of drawings for the Sankey Canal Restoration Society of the viaduct over the canal at Earlestown. He worked from photos and engravings, so I expect these drawings were produced in the same way.
