Home Farm was the venue in the 1950s for the North West Centre, Auto Cycle Union, Rally. All the Motor Cycle Clubs in the N.W. gathered here to hold their annual get together and held various sporting events for the motor-cyclists and their families. The M6 and its slip road now cover the site of the field where we met. E.T.
