1979. Pemberton station booking hall. I believe it dates back to c1849. It was apparently moved to the Science Museum in London when the station was demolished.

I well remember that clock, Does anyone remember Gordon the porter there for many many years. One night my husband was in the Railway pub across the road, Gordon was also there playing domino's all of a sudden he jumped up saying oh the last train is due. he run out and came back puffing, he said " I missed the b..... thing" and carried on playing domino's
